Placement students would be introduced to our department as part of a detailed induction plan where they will meet all the relevant team members. The line manager will provide full support and guidance.

  • The Senior manager (L&D Business partner) that manages the Delivery and deployment of learning to our managers, plus line manages the team.
  • E learning designer that produces digital learning
  • L&D videographer and photographer
  • L&D Managers – that delivery training and partner with key people in our business on their learning needs
  • L&D Administration team

The intention is that the individual helps us on a specific project at the time we will be re-launching called Aspiring managers which we run that offers that very first step into line management to our teams in Sodexo. We see this as a real opportunity for us and a project to gain insight from a young person on how to attract different generations onto our programme. Looking at the different elements of this project and by spending time with the above roles we feel this will give a great understanding of how Learning & development works. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a very varied large complex business.
